Job Description:
OVERVIEWThe incumbent will directly support new product launches
by developing and implementing end-to-end (E2E) Temperature
Controlled Distribution and Transportation capabilitiesThey will
partner with commercial, finance and other cross functional
organization in developing go to market strategiesThey will be
responsible for the governance and oversight of Temperature
Controlled Distribution and Transportation strategies across
various supply chains covering all commercialized productsThey will
be responsible for leading multiple teams focused on
temperature-controlled supply chain strategy and innovative
services:Physical Supply Chain Visibility Design &
PerformanceEngineering and Technology ServicesTemperature
Controlled Center of Excellence (TCL COE)ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial Stakeholder Management : Intercompany
Operations PMO for temperature control supply chain design and
visibility strategy for new product introductions and post launch
network changesOperational Alignment : Develop governance and
oversight of Physical Supply Chain Visibility Control Tower
development and linkages to operational execution of playbooks by
IO suppliers and carriersPerformance Management: Leads Right First
Time (RFT) performance management operations across all
commercialized product portfolios with appropriate category,
Quality, and ad hoc functional leadsProduct or Portfolio Support :
Technical Lead for aligned temperature-controlled Distribution and
Transportation commercial-facing strategies inclusive of change
management and communication plans, Global Readiness Website &
content developmentNetwork Support : Through the Center of
Excellence collaborates closely with GSC Market and PGS site
readiness across various product supply chainsStrategic Projects &
ProgramsSupply Chain Visibility : Responsible for the strategic
development and strategic oversight of the Intercompany Operations
(IO) Supply Chain Transportation Visibility platform.Risk
Management : Responsible for the development and maintenance of IO
Quality & Risk Management Systems and associated GDP business
processes for IO distribution and transportation
capabilitiesTransport Qualification Program: project management,
study strategies, regulatory filing authoring and strategy
development for overall New Product Introduction.Center of
Excellence : Responsible for the design and implementation of
Center of Excellence strategies with all required stakeholders
across Global Supply ChainQUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in Business
Administration, Supply Chain, Packaging or related Engineering
preferredBachelor's degree, 7-10 years experiences in
Pharmaceutical Logistics, Thermal Engineering, Transportation or
Supply Chain management in an international environment with
experiences on temperature controlled/cold chain logistics and
Transport Qualification.Experience working with mRNA vaccines and
Gene Therapy products preferred3-5 years of experience working with
regulatory bodiesKnowledge of a broad range of supply chain
activities inclusive of commercial operations from product
development through commercialization.In-depth knowledge of
controlled temperature shipping components, systems, monitoring
equipment, best practices, and governing regulationsIn depth
understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the
requirements for qualifying and utilizing temperature control
shipping systemsStrong working knowledge of: import / export
procedures, health regulatory requirements and other governmental
agencies governing inbound and outbound trade, international air
and ocean freight operations,Understand the concepts of product
label claim and stability data and how to apply to the
qualification processUnderstanding of processes used in development
and qualification of controlled temperature shipping
systemsEffective verbal and written communicationCan evaluate the
latest technology advances and apply industry principles and
applicationsCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership
experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence
and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and
