Job DescriptionOverview tsp is engaged in a direct hire search for our client who has guided gestational surrogates for 25 years through the rewarding process of family building, helping individuals and couples who otherwise would not have the family of their dreams without the amazing generosity of a surrogate. Behind every intended parent, egg donor and surrogate is a courageous team of our client's committed staff guiding, supporting, listening and laughing with them to help them reach their goals. Our client is a modern family advocate who believes parents should be able to choose from many family-building options - regardless of marital status, fertility challenges, geopolitical factors or social motivation.Responsibilities We seek an Engagement Account Manager/Business Development professional to join our client's courageous team, contribute to the build-out of their exceptional surrogate recruitment network, and make a real difference helping to build families. This individual will serve as a business development leader for our client in the recruitment of surrogates and bring their greatest creative firepower to their most important geographic target areas. This role will zero in on where potential surrogates concentrate online, within target organizations, or in other grassroots networks. In this role, you will:

  • Create a process to identify, create, and engage with a pool of well-qualified referred leads, inclusive of the influencers, B2B relationships and optimal channels that are meaningful to this audience in the targeted area
  • Identify innovative trendsetter ideas to hatch new recruitment techniques, understand the intricacies of the surrogacy markets and be a key contributor to our overall business development planning and execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to initiate content and action, and advance our client's leadership position in the field
  • Leverage extensive proprietary market research to explore opportunities, examine strategies, and prioritize efforts for greatest return
  • Evaluate how best to engage qualified candidates likely to apply to become surrogates with our client, and track and analyze referral frequency, volume, and conversation
  • Keep up to date on the rapidly evolving medical, legal and competitive landscape of third-party reproduction
  • Serve as a company evangelist by believing in and promoting the culture, vision, and mission of our client
  • Commit to confidentiality of all our client's' clients, work, and corporate informationJob Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
    • Driven, ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly motivated by results

    • Able to function independently, but willing to seek support and collaboration when necessary
    • Proactive communicator with a genuine interest in ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

    • Organized in approach to work and sets priorities appropriately REQUIREMENTS
      • Demonstrated successful track record of robust B2B business development within the reproductive, healthcare, young families, hospitality, or closely related industry
      • Experience in recruiting, marketing or selling to the millennial demographic
      • Prior experience communicating with B2B decision makers and their support staff
      • Commitment to frequent local, regional, and occasional national travel
      • Familiarity with CRM work environments - Salesforce a major plus
