In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence mobile app features, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Serve as an expert advisor to leadership



Required Qualifications, US:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

5+ years Mobile app product management experience

MBA preferred

Experience with digital software product management in the financial services industry

Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Ability to create strategy/vision level presentations

Lead other members of team and clear roadblocks

Technology and Design expertise desired to lead features from vision to implementation



Job Expectations:

Hybrid Work location; 3 days in office and 2 days remote (San Francisco, CA and Charlotte, NC)

A Customer Experience Focus: Staying connected to customer and business needs.

Developing Mobile App Vision & Strategy: Develop feature road maps, and digital customer and banker journeys in partnership with the Line of Business, technology and teams across the Enterprise.

Partnering with Agile teams to define epics, features and user stories to drive Objectives & Key Results and Key Performance Indicators. Ensures implementations meet Legal, Risk and Compliance requirements. Represent Line of Business needs & priorities within the Digital teams.

Partnerships: Collaborating with Digital, Technology, Line of Business, Risk and other partners to support mobile app initiatives and implement digital customer experiences such that customers can quickly, easily, and securely satisfy underwriting and regulatory needs.

Innovation: Drive innovation to achieve business Objective & Key Results and Key Performance Indicators.
