The Mechanical Products Team (MPT) is responsible for mechanical design, analysis, and test of all sensor and effector products across the RMD portfolio. The Mechanical Product Team -uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon Six -Sigma principles.

The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. The CDM organization is comprised of Effector CM (ECM), Data Management (DM/DEX), Software Configuration Management (SWCM), and Sensor CM (SCM).

The Data Management, Engineering Support and Execution (DEX) Department is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a Senior Technical Support Staff position.

Andover, MA
Marlborough, MA
Portsmouth, RI

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
The successful candidate will be the primary Department quality auditor and will work closely with Department stakeholders to help stand up a consistent quality review process on all new contracts and all CDRLs and SDRLs

Help create consistent data management process and execution department wide through mentorship/training data managers

Candidate will help define key performance indicators (KPI) for DEX

Candidate will utilize KPIs to:
Identify areas of improvement and subsequently create training material to share with user community

Create trend and causal analysis

Create and lead department projects - Includes cost and schedule analysis cadence and reporting

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree OR in absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required.

8 years of Configuration/Data Management experience

Certified in Earned Value Management

Experience with creating metrics and reports

Experienced in Windchill or similar product data management (PDM) tools

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:
Experience with standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649 Configuration Management and EIA-859 Data Management Standards

Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

Risk and Opportunity Management experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Possess strong communication and presentation skills

Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines

Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, relationship building, cross-functional collaboration
