  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps for internal tools that enable Slack engineers to have a productive and pleasant developer experience.
  • Work alongside engineering leadership to develop appropriate planning, prioritization, and release management processes to enable us to launch these new features rapidly.
  • Drive superb execution against the plan, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and the need for frequent and clear communication internally and with customers.What you should have
    • 4+ years of product management experience, including experience working with product developers
    • Experience in one or more of the following: cloud-native patterns and technology, developer tooling and platforms on AWS or other cloud providers, an end-to-end understanding of developing and deploying software
    • Experience building large software systems and a steadfast desire to build and maintain solutions in the large enterprise space
    • Strong systems-thinking mentality
    • Strong technical background and data mindset to help develop and measure impact of a solution
    • Ability to influence people to get things done across any job functionFor Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $150,200.
