Job Description:
The Warranty Manager will be in charge of the warranty process
for one of Insight Global's top clients in the San Francisco
market. This person will be holding relationships with the vendors
and be able to communicate with the vendors. They will be entering
data into salesforce to keep track of the warranty process. This
candidate should be able to manage warranty contracts and
agreements efficiently. They will be working around heavy machinery
(light rail vehicles). The ideal candidate will be able to be out
in the field handling the warranty of the LRVs while also
incorporating critical thinking. They will be working closely with
field engineers and field service techs.
Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics
Required3+ years of related experience in the Railway industry or
related industriesDecision-making ability and problem-solving
skillsAbility to understand complex electrical schematics
