It all begins with you.About this role:Leading a global team with 15 direct reports, this position will oversee the development of best-in-class microsites, email campaigns, paid media campaigns, apps, and automation to support advertising and marketing campaigns. This person will provide strategic direction to Digital Producers, Front-End and Back-End coders/developers who work together with In-House Agency teams from creative/strategic development through pre-production and final delivery/production release. This position will sit in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA and is required to be in the office 3 days a week.   • Oversee the development of responsive landing pages, microsites, and emails in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Direct the development of campaign-level work across various Wells Fargo Lines of Business
  • Ideate unique and innovative solutions for production-ready digital deliverables
  • Develop project estimates, scopes, performance reports, and timelines for deliverables
  • Implement a roadmap, including the sequencing, and timing of key project milestones
  • Oversee and communicate all phases of release management
  • Manage all development, staging and production environments maintained by the IHA
  • Establish best practices and develop processes to expand capabilities or improve efficiency
  • Representing the IHA team in both internal and client presentations
  • Create a culture of proactive problem solving and continuous learning Required Qualifications, US:
    • 6+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • Experience managing digital projects in an agency or In-House environment
      • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
      • Experience working with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Tridion and AEM
      • Experience working with Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      • Experience working with Prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and InVision
      • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS and LESS
