Job Description:
In this role, you will play an integral part in providing
support for developing, analyzing, and administering compensation
programs for leaders and executives worldwide. In addition, you
will be providing compensation support on compensation topics
including development of materials for the Compensation Committee
of the Board of Directors, executive hiring, and consultation
across the entire enterprise. This position is critical to Total

**Responsibilities**
**Program Design and Adaptation**
+ Contributes to executive compensation design and adaptation
processes that synthesize market information. Interprets
new/emerging legislation and industry trends related to executive
compensation.
+ Identifies need for change based on external market, builds and
communicates business case for new or changing executive
compensation programs, and facilitates the acceptance of the
overall costs, principles, and impact of proposed changes with
senior executives in partnership with HRBP.
+ Develops and monitors executive compensation programs by
conducting analyses (e.g., job classifications/job matching, total
compensation analysis) using market data and internal/external
measures such as surveys and polls.
+ Support the preparation of meeting materials for Compensation
Committee of the Board of Directors.
**Program Implementation**
+ Acts as a thought leader for a specialty area in executive
compensation program implementation. Develops change and readiness
plans. Leads or participates in key phases of the process (e.g.,
annual salary planning).
+ Interacts with internal and external advisors (e.g., Legal,
Diversity & Inclusion, external consultants) to anticipate
implications of executive compensation change and readiness plans.
Synthesizes and incorporates guidance from advisors to implement
programs within appropriate parameters.
**Compensation Education & Consultation**
+ Develops onboarding and training materials to educate HR partners
on executive compensation programs, policies, and practices. May
deliver training to audiences across the organization.
+ Consults with internal partners on situations in which customized
solutions (e.g., retention, competitive offers) may be
necessary.
+ Assist executive recruiting in the analysis, development and
preparation of competitive senior level offers.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years general HR experience or other related work
experience
+ OR 6+ years directly related compensation work experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field AND 5+ years related work experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
AND 7+ years compensation, general HR, or related business work
experience.
+ Compensation project management experience.
+ Compensation program design experience.
+ 2+ years experience working in the specific position's relevant
regional labor, compensation, and statutory context.
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between
$113,900 and $187,700.
