About The Role

The Field Marketing Manager position is responsible for all regional marketing supporting sales in their specific region. A successful Field Marketing Manager has a substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of QA leaders, QA practitioners, and developers. They enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals.

Field Marketing Manager - (REGION) AMER - responsible for supporting regional specific AMER sales territory.


What you'll be Doing

  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products, within the defined marketing strategy.
  • Decision making and discretion regarding event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional sales goals.
  • Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.
  • Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
  • Following the BrowserStack process, project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
  • Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
  • Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support to understand the marketing department's priorities.
    We're excited if you have
    • 5+ years of experience in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
    • Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving startup environment.
    • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
    • Capacity to empathize with the needs and experiences of QA leaders, QA practitioners, and developers.
    • Proven track record in building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done" in a fast-moving, technical environment.
    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
    • Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, chipping in to developing business infrastructure and energetically scaling a high growth business
