Here, we"re family.About the RoleWith a focus on the customer, the customer experience, and long-term financial growth for the Old Navy, the Company Planning Team delivers sound financial analysis and financial targets that are the foundation for optimal decision making and will ultimately lead to profitable sales growth for the brand.As the Senior Director of Company Planning, you will partner closely with the Old Navy Leadership Team to build the future of the brand. You will be the backbone of all tops-down decisions pertaining to sales, margin, and inventory for the brand across both bricks and mortar and online, as well as multiple geographies. This requires a constant eye on the external environment and retail sector and a detailed understanding of internal operations and business considerationsIn the role, you will set the vision for the function as a whole and partner cross-functionally on alignment and priorities. This means having a strong seat at the table with multiple functions, including Marketing, Inventory Management, Pricing Strategy, Merchandising, and Production.The Senior Director of Company Planning will report to the VP of Finance.This role is based out of the San Francisco office and requires you to be in the office on an occasional basis for critical in-person meetings and/or job duties that cannot be performed remotely.
