currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Training Manager for
Workplace Security Operations with high integrity and
professionalism who can join our team in the Bay Area and assist in
managing our professional development and workplace security
training program. The professional development of Surefox employees
ensures long-term success, retention, and marketability for all
levels of Surefox employees. You will report directly to the
Training Program Manager who will provide you leadership, guidance,
and direction in the conduct of your duties. You will assist the
Training Program Manager in the administrative and instructional
design requirements to run high quality training programs in order
to meet Surefox's extensive training requirements. You will use
your subject matter expertise to assist the Training Program
Manager in the development of courseware and provide industry
leading instruction. As we encourage veterans and candidates that

will do: Work independently and adapt to various operational tempos
while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy
Attend Training Program staff meetings to report the status of
training across the company and provide recommendations for future
training Create new training content and improve existing training
material adhering to outcome-based training methods that increase
employees' level of understanding and mastery of both hard and soft
security-related skills; ensure training content is relevant and
meets client requirements Edit and format training materials to
ensure consistency and brand recognition Prepare course materials
and handouts for various training events Receive new employees from
Surefox Human Resources Department to ensure seamless transition
into the onboarding training pipeline Enroll and provide pre-course
coordinating instructions to students Instruct in-person and
virtual training courses Enroll and track the progress of Surefox
employees participating in various concurrent training programs
Collaborate with program personnel to identify training improvement
opportunities and capability gaps, and implement effective training
solutions as necessary Assist in tracking program expenditures and
and adhere to a monthly, quarterly, and annual training budget;
catalog expenditures and responsibly steward Surefox resources
Develop relationships with Surefox program personnel to facilitate
collaboration, synchronization, and standardization of training
programs Assist with the administration of the Surefox Training
Database: gather, synchronize, and track current qualifications,
expirations, and various training data across all Surefox
personnel; Assist with the collection and documentation Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the training spectrum and
provide recommendations for new improved metrics; create reports
and identify trends Develop and administer feedback surveys to
identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and relevancy of
training modules as well as current training sentiment across the
organization Meet with and develop positive relationships with
training vendors; recommend and book training venues according to
the quality of the service provided and reasonableness of the cost
Conduct research to identify, understand, and integrate industry
best practices into Surefox training programs Comply with Surefox
Policy and Procedures Additional duties as requiredWhat is
required: Must be eligible for employment within the United States
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug
screening Must be able to travel up to 120 days out of the year
Ability to work from home Must have a high school degree or
equivalent and meet one of the following criteria: 2+ years of
leadership experience 2+ years of military, law enforcement, or
security industry-related experience 2+ years of experience
navigating LMS (Learning Management Systems) with various HRIS (HR
Information Systems) / HRM (HR Management) Tools Must present a
confident and articulate presence to all levels of interaction
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and
from various backgrounds Ability to build presentations using a
variety of Google tools Good judgment with the ability to make
timely and sound decisions An understanding of how to quantify
process improvements Ability to understand and follow written and
verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as a team
member Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling
stressful situations All applicants must be able to successfully
complete each event of the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT),
with or without reasonable accommodation. Please be aware that this
physical agility test is a requirement for any candidate applying
for an Security/Instructor role with Surefox. The SPAT is a
sequence of multiple physical events consisting of a distance run;
stair climb, dummy drag, and medical bag carry. Possess a valid and
current driver license Valid U.S. Passport Ability to work nights
and weekends as required Have an operational understanding of
today's technology across all platforms Strong writing and
interpersonal skills Must be comfortable interfacing with all
internal Surefox employees, management, clients, and external
contacts in a professional and collegial manner Maintain a high
level of physical agility and professional appearance Have the
ability to influence informally across different departments within
