Francisco Electrical Contractor seeking Project Manager for our

humble.Position Profile:Expected responsibilities are but not
limited to:
- Show an understanding of Structured Cabling materials,
installation means, and terminology
- Review, and become familiar with project plans, specifications,
schedules, and other contract documents
- Perform accurate, thorough take offs of materials and labor for
both new and ongoing projects
- Review quotations for accuracy and best value
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Create a thorough Bill of Materials
- Thoroughly understand the process and show proficiency with
structured cabling estimating whether utilizing software programs
or extending take offs manually.
- Create and communicate complete estimates and budgets for our
clientele
- Break down estimates as required for project management
- Show a willingness to pursue and understand alternative
processes to provide a competitive advantage.
- Establish relationships with clients as well as vendors and
subs.
- Understand the importance of these relationships
- Openly communicate with the division manager, superintendent,
and foremen regarding:*
- Project scope
- Crew composition
- Project specific requirements
- Most qualified vendors and subcontractors
- Actively pursue job opportunitiesRequired:Minimum 3 years of
structured cablingKnowledge of estimating and project
managementPreferred:BICSI CertificationsPast field experienceLong
term vendor relationshipsThe office is located in the Mission
