You will have the opportunity to apply your deep understanding of Anaplan architecture and model building to streamline our business processes end-to-end while influencing our broader data an operational strategy at LinkedIn.------Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into Anaplan models that will help streamline business processes
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Anaplan model builders and business process owners
  • Maintain existing Anaplan models with a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new functionality, and fixing issues in production to support business objectives and initiatives
  • Lead documentation to capture requirements, design solutions, deployment and run state activities
  • Support data intensive workstreams for x-functional transformation programs (systems and tool migrations)
  • Define LinkedIn's longer term roadmap in Anaplan and other operational and analytics tools
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues in models through analysis using SQL and ExcelQualifications---Basic Qualifications ---
    • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data science, or a strategy and operations-related role---
      • BA/BS degree in data science, business, engineering, math, statistics, computer science or related discipline or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree---
        • Experience leading and implementing technical solutions to address business needs in CPM tools like Anaplan, IBM TM1, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive Insights or setting up a CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics365, HubSpot) to support the operational and reporting needs of the organization
        • Experience building and leading teams of technical and business process associates---Preferred Qualifications---
          • Anaplan Experience: 3+ years of Anaplan model building experience---
            • Anaplan Platform Certification: Solution Architect and Master Anaplanner preferred---
              • Experience working in Sales Operations: familiarity with processes like Headcount Planning, Territory Planning, Account Segmentation, Quota Setting, etc.
              • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations------------
                • Experience solving real-world business and product problems using relational databases---

                    • 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $112,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock and benefits.
