We are excited to consider a remote program manager for this
role. Remote team members will be expected to work out of their
home office.Your Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Program
Manager to help manage business-critical, cross-functional projects
within our Cloud and Product Partnership Organization! You will be
tasked with ensuring that the correct structure, processes, people,
resources, support and communication are in place to help us
deliver on company and team goals. As a Senior Program Manager you
will have broad impact on the Cloud and Product Partnership
Organization through the complex solutions you lead. Successful
program managers in our organization are collaborative, adaptable,
analytical, and focused. This role will report to the VP, Cloud and
Product Partnerships.You are an idea generator and executor,
mentor, self-starter and partner cross functionally. This Principal
Program Manager willbe creative, analytically minded, technically
adept and excited to make impact at a tech company. We are also
looking for a listener with high emotional intelligence who
connects the dots and sees solution, and passionate about making it
easier for teams to do their best work.You are business-minded and
passionate about the potential of working with multiple teams
across the company toward achieving a common goal and using your
previous expertise in leading partner programs to transform our
Alliances & Channels business.What You'll Do
- Responsible for the strategy and execution of the Cloud
Partnerships from recruitment to on-boarding, partner enablement,
integrations, and ongoing support.
- Develop and drive plans to scope, pilot, assess, enhance, and
scale strategic Product and service integrations.
- Work across New Relic to develop and deliver regular partner
communication and events, ensuring ongoing prioritization of
requests.
- Identify and priortize technical work, work with developers,
product managers and partner solution architects to deliver on
highest priority product led growth initatives
- Assisting with related special projects and other duties as
needed.Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, leading
cross-functional initiatives.
- 3+ years practical experience working with a partner and/or
technology integration and development team.
- Creative, innovative, confident, flexible and enthusiastic to
assume responsibility and accountability.
- Inclination to seek simplicity in finding solutions to
complicated problems.
- Ability to stay coordinated with multiple cross-functional
teams.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially with
regards to project management.
- Strong AWS and Azure skills are nice to havePlease note that
