OverviewThe Marketing Acquisition team within Intuit's Small
Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) is devoted to spearheading
innovative solutions for driving business growth through
performance media, brand media, search marketing and web
conversion. The Planning & Optimization Team sits across these
teams to drive cross-channel strategy and optimization, commercial
planning, marketing prioritization, business performance tracking,
and more. Join the Planning & Optimization team as a Marketing
Manager responsible for marketing operations across digital
acquisition channels including performance media, web, and SEO.
What you'll bring: 3-5 Years experience working with customer data
platforms, digital analytics, personalization, tag management,
taxonomy / schema design, data management platforms (DMPs), and/or
web-based data and marketing technologies. Have a solid grasp of
the online advertising ecosystem, channel partners and related
technologies. Familiarity or willingness to understand billing
systems and processes. Be results-oriented, responsive,
professional and dedicated to customer success. Possess a creative
and problem-solving mentality. Ability to make decisions quickly
and communicate effectively within a large and diverse
organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
including ability to convey appropriate level of information
concisely given subject and audience. Ability to learn quickly, be
an excellent teammate, and handle change efficiently. Bachelor's
degree or equivalent work experience. Experience and familiarity
with the following (a plus but not a hard requirement): LiveRamp,
Segment.io, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA360 / GA4), Adobe
Audience Manager (AAM). How you will lead: Turn customer and vendor
data into actionable audiences at scale within paid media and web.
Gather, detail and create business, functional and / or technical
requirements as needed. Gain an in-depth knowledge of customer
data, online business model, and online marketing channels.
Validate solution implementation and follow through on issues until
resolved. Manage PO/PR process and vendor onboarding. Work with
Legal to align on data privacy and safety guidelines / language
with approved vendors. Support cross-functional partners throughout
the solution implementation process. Lead multiple engagements at a
time, and establish expectations appropriately to keep projects on
schedule and within scope. Set and meet deadlines with quality
deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on
changing conditions or data.
