design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC,
developing and enhancing both client and internal facing
applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help

collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver
technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and
collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure
the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is
high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, youll solve
business problems using technology, work with multiple teams
concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of

Leader of the Product Management Center of Excellence, you will
cut-across organizational boundaries with a collaborative approach
to drive a unified, best in-class approach to Product Management
across all stages of the Product Life Cycle for a global portfolio
of products. Leading efforts to develop, evangelize & coach the
discipline of Product Management across the organization. This is a
high-visibility and high-impact role, with an opportunity to work
across/influence a diverse team.Job Requirements and Preferences
:Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School
DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :8 year(s) in progressive roles
focused on strategy, developing and deployment working frameworks
and product management.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred
:Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Information Technology,
Computer and Information ScienceCertification(s) Preferred :ITIL
Foundations v3 or higher certificationAgilePreferred
Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with,
and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the
following areas:
- Developing & Deploying a unified and scalable Product Lifecycle
Management Framework based on modern agile concepts with common
templates, activities, and cross-functional RACI with clear
alignment & decision governance mechanisms;
- Collaborating with a diverse group of product leaders to
encourage high buy-in and adoption of the framework;
- Building Firm-Level Product Management competence model, job
architecture, and coaching programs to drive development
opportunities and career paths across the Product community;
- Influencing Product Management accountability models that
measure alignment of done with business needs and expectations;
establish relevant Product KPIs relative to Strategy;
- Driving the overall Product team performance through coaching,
mentoring, and participation with Product Management teams in MRD
and PRD development & assessment;
- Facilitating cross-functional maturity level assessments,
corrective action, and decision review to drive increased maturity
and consistency;
- Demonstrating knowledge of governance development and business
models;
- Possessing business and Financial acumen and proven analytical
capabilities;
- Having Global and multicultural experience; and,
- Demonstrating ability to lead through complex change.At PwC,
