owner for the Western half of Kasa's rapidly growing US portfolio
of multifamily short-term rental apartments, boutique hotels, and
apartment-hotel properties. As a key member of Kasa's leadership
team, you will be responsible for working with premiere real estate
partners to offer Kasa guests a hospitality experience with the
quality of an established hospitality brand, the comfort of a fully
furnished short term rental apartment, and the efficiency and ease
of one of the world's most tech-enabled stays. As Regional
Director, you will be the ultimate point of accountability for
delivering great guest stays, financial results, and operational
outcomes across a large and growing set of properties. This role
requires substantial leadership and management experience, a
pragmatic but data-driven approach to problems, and a creative and
entrepreneurial spirit. About the TeamThis role sits within Kasa's
Operations leadership team and reports directly to the Vice

well and contribute to work across many other functions within the
business. As Kasa's portfolio continues to grow, you will ensure
that your portfolio teams remain appropriately staffed and that the
bar for talent is high, whether at the General Manager level or at
the local field team and housekeeping partner level. Day in the

hundreds of operating units and others where Kasa has less than
ten. Your role is to manage the complexities of Kasa's highly

beneficial outcomes. You will be Kasa's senior operations contact

around your life!Requirements

colleagues to find agreement and commitment where it seemed
impossible before

early adopter of new technologies, and are energized by the
prospect of unlocking new ways to operate through building new
