Operations (SEBO) organization includes an amazing team of business

beauty and retail community.Your role at Sephora:As a SEBO
Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a
portfolio of x-small to small sized projects in addition to
supporting work streams within medium and large projects. Reporting
to the Manager, Project Management, the Associate Project Manager
is responsible for all aspects of planning and oversight to
successfully deliver project objectives within time, budget and
scope.In addition, you will:* Define project requirements, roles
and scope with project lead by seeking to understand the overall
project goal* Create and manage comprehensive project plans by
clarifying tasks and proper sequence needed to complete scope of
project* Effectively collaborate and work with cross-functional
partners and guide them through the lifecycle of a project* Track
project milestones and communicate regular status updates to all
project stakeholders* Facilitate project meetings and document
action items to be shared with the project team* Identify and
mitigate risks/conflicts within projects from an objective point of
view in a timely manner* Demonstrate good judgement and the ability
to make important decisions under pressure* Own, drive and optimize
assigned Project Management area of responsibility including
updating and evolving AOR processes* Demonstrate Sephora values of

have:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability
to work interactively and proactively with various levels within
the SEBO department* Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and prioritize tasks* Comfortable with moving
forward on tasks before all details are known* Critical thinking
and ability to propose solutions for roadblocks within projects*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with change and
ambiguity* Ability to motivate people involved in projects to
complete tasks on time* High-level attention to detail; accuracy in
execution of work* Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required and web-based collaboration
applications Planview, Smartsheet and Zoom is a plus* 1-3 years of
experience in project management* Bachelor's Degree in a related
discipline is preferred or equivalent experience* Previous project
management experience in the beauty and/or retail industry
preferred, PMP/PRINCE II Certification a plusYou'll love working
