LiveRamp is looking to hire a Manager, Emerging Talent Programs who
is passionate about Early Career Recruiting, Internal Mobility and
Recruiting Events & Programs. Help us scale our practices and
programs to meet the hiring needs of our growing and dynamic
company.
Responsibilities:
This is a challenging and exciting position at LiveRamp, where you
will work directly with a wide range of internal stakeholders from
HR to Global Talent Acquisition to senior leadership within Talent
Operations & Programs functions: Sourcing, Coordination, DIB
Recruiting, Emerging Talent, and Internal Mobility:
- Manage our Talent Sourcing team: you will build and lead a team
of talented sourcers to creatively identify and engage top talent
around the world. You will work directly with leaders across the
organization to understand their talent needs and will foster
relationships that will enable us to anticipate their
needs
- Manager our Recruitment Coordination: you will lead, develop
and inspire a team of Recruiting Coordinators that supports
LiveRamp's talent acquisition strategy and initiatives. In this
role, you will partner closely with a team of TA leaders/managers,
recruiters and most importantly, Recruitment Coordinators! Life at
LiveRamp is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. You will
develop scalable recruiting coordination strategies that enable you
to support your team in order to drive impact and navigate
complexity with candidates and recruiters throughout the recruiting
process. You'll enable your team to creatively engage and
communicate with candidates, and recruiters, while active in the
recruiting process with LiveRamp.
- Manage our Emerging Talent/Early Career Recruiting Program:
Early Career Talent Acquisition at LiveRamp searches for bright,
early in career talent to bring fresh perspectives, passion,
expertise, and immediate impact to fuel Live Ramp's growth. We are

candidate experiences, continual program enhancement, innovative
approaches and problem-solving - we hope you are too! - -
- You will manage a team of two TA Partners focused on Early
Career and build the Early Talent recruiting strategy from vision
to execution. Plan on wearing many hats ranging from building and
internally promoting the value proposition for Early Career hiring,
determining hiring goals with internal partners, creating diversity
& inclusion initiatives, internship program management, event
planning, and devising our Early Career employer branding. You'll
also proactively share data-centric updates with internal
stakeholders and make recommendations based on consistently-tracked
data.

Internal Mobility Specialist and partner with our TA Team, People &
Culture Partners, and Hiring Managers and work cross-functionally
within LiveRamp to deliver an expedited & seamless internal
transfer experience for our employees and hiring teams.
- Develop our Recruiting Events & Programs: Working closely with
our entire TA and DIB team, you will drive the strategy, process,
and execution of recruiting events with a focus on candidate
experience, while helping to define and promote our Employee Value
Proposition and regularly report on the ROI of our event
strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting,
sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts,
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of formal or informal leadership/managerial
experience.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of experience leading and supporting
Sourcing, Coordination, DIB Recruiting, Emerging Talent, and
Internal Mobility functions.
- Effectively screen potential candidates while maintaining a
level of confidentiality -- the valley is small!
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods; creative
methods are a plus
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and
methods
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status,
trends, best practices)
- Client focus along with relationship building skills
- Business acumen and market insight effective negotiation,
organization, influencing, and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality

- Experience working in Greenhouse
- Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to
multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment that moves
with a constant sense of urgency.
- Working knowledge of Greenhouse, Workday, Hirevue &
G-Suite.
