assistance, and house hunting trips. Responsibilities Position
Summary: As a Multi-Campus Sr. Director of Patient Care Services,
this position provides expert clinical and operational guidance,
coordinating patient care quality, experience and safety
initiatives, as well as advancing business development
opportunities and operational excellence. Oversight for inpatient
Med/Surg/Tele, Oncology Service Line, Adolescent and Adult
Behavioral Health and Acute Rehab Nursing. Principal Duties and
Accountabilities: Assesses nursing practice and its impact on
patient outcomes. Oversees established patient care. standards and
develops and implements quality improvement initiatives. Provides
clinical and operational direction to nursing leadership under
their area of prevue. Provides consultative care and guidance to
patients, family, and other members of the clinical. Staff and
nursing leadership staff. Fiscal responsibility including budget
development and staffing strategies to maximize return in order to
support funding of Dignity Health---s mission of serving the most
vulnerable within our community. Qualifications Education and
Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent
education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or
other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA). Minimum of five (5) years
of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership
Licensure/Certification: Registered Nursing License (RN) in state
of practice. Certification as a Fellow in the American College of
Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Nurse Executive or Nurse Executive
Advanced (NE_BC/NEA_BC), or Certified Executive Nursing Practice
(CENP) preferred.
