About the Role: This position is responsible for driving and managing the Advertising strategy for our brand partners through campaign creation, optimization and client collaboration. You will work with internal team members and clients to understand the goals of the business and then achieve their goals when it comes to advertising their products on Amazon, primarily through constructing and managing their PPC campaigns. A deep understanding of Amazon---s advertising platform and a desire to continue growing this knowledge are required to be successful. Responsibilities: Comprehensive project management and execution of Amazon Advertising campaigns across multiple brands Forecast, plan, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to meet category benchmarks and KPI's Identify and communicate emerging trends within Amazon and client specific categories Build marketing reporting decks and present to on monthly client calls Track, report and measure KPI's to formulate actionable insights on a weekly and monthly basis Requirements 1 year of experience in successfully managing Amazon marketplace programs. Have Amazon Ad Console, 1P & 3P experience Strong communication and presentation skills Worked in an Agency or had multiple clients in a consulting capacity Be able to implement marketing strategies via bulk upload templates Have experience using 3rd party advertising software is a plus Forecast, plan and optimize marketing budgets across the agency's marketplace customers Have proven knowledge of requirements, restrictions, and best practices for selling on Amazon Have a data-driven approach to proactively analyze data, find insights, make decisions, and execute goals Must be a team player and can effectively manage your time Benefits Work/Life Balance: Remote work environment, 3 weeks PTO, 2 personal days and 10 paid holidays Wellness: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Financial Well-Being: Competitive salary with 401k and 4% employer match
