Our technology makes messaging easier, scheduling appointments more efficient, and it modernizes care delivery from beginning to end.The roleThe goal of the Patient Communication team is to help clinics reach patients in a way that actually gets patients the help they need. As the Senior Product Manager for this team, you'll drive initiatives and work on innovative products, from bots to messaging applications, that ease the burden on both clinics and patients to reach each other effectively.What you'll do

• Engage with customers and become the expert on the current state of patient communication and how it could and should evolve
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to bring new communication features and products to market that both help customers and our business grow
• The usual parts of any PM role – planning and driving the roadmap, prioritizing, measuring outcomes of initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders on go-to-market activitiesWho you are
  • Have 6+ years of experience working for a product-driven company, an MBA or equivalent analytical background is a plus
  • Have experience in working with enterprise clients and B2B products
  • Have experience working on different kinds of communication platforms and tools
  • Metrics-driven and able to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company goals
  • Open-minded and are willing to be proven wrong
  • Attentive to detail and always determined to push products to the next level
  • Have a high sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
