omnichannel retail programs within a fast-paced business. -

Job Function: Marketing Ops Program Management
Your role... As Director of Program Management, you will be
responsible for orchestrating end-toend execution of omni-channel
programs, from strategic planning stages through creative
implementation.
Directly interfaces with Marketing Leadership in shaping/planning
program pipeline and execution of major omni-channel programs.
Supervises team in schedule development, process management and
clear communication of deliverables and expectations. Their teams
will interface heavily with marketing, digital marketing, creative,
merchants, production, and agency teams to fluently understand &
execute the business and client requirements.
--- Oversees major omni-channel initiatives, encompassing
multi-branded campaigns across Sephora pillars including Social
Media, Sephora Collection, Branding, DE&I Marketing and Sephora
Favorites Kits. Including Top of Funnel marketing and agency
management. Serves as an essential bridge between the strategic and
creative functions of the marketing department, identifying
solutions that help us deliver the best work, on time and on
budget
--- Champions process: serves as functional hub to integrate
omni-channel cross-functional teams across entire organization;
takes holistic view of process to influence and improve
efficiencies at department level
--- Drives scalability by having a solid understanding of
deliverables and level of effort required to make resourcing
recommendations that drive efficiency and cost savings
--- Skilled at managing and integrating internal and agency teams.
Manages multiple creative teams & agency partnerships for specific
programs or campaigns; partners with agency to ensure deliverables
are met within specified timeframes
--- Partners upstream with Marketing/Digital Marketing teams to
drive strategic milestones, ensure critical cross-functional
alignment prior to creative engagement and provide executional
considerations for brief
--- Cultivates strong partnerships with Marketing, Digital Vehicle
Leads, Creative, Agency, Retail & Dotcom Merchandising, Visual &
Store Design, Production, Content Production, Systems & Tools, and
Business Affairs. Clearly and actively communicates requirements,
deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program
lifecycle
--- Actively engages marketing Leadership to set/manage
expectations; serves as voice for team to ensure program
deliverables are met within fast-paced environment
--- Skilled at managing and integrating internal and agency teams;
interfaces and manages multiple agencies across programs
--- Oversees team of senior managers, managers, associate managers
in daily execution of marketing programs:
o Serves as program expert with an in-depth knowledge of omni
channels/components: media, usage, delivery formats, in-store
fixtures intricacies and digital channels
o Develops comprehensive schedules and sets/leads interim milestone
meetings, ensuring integration of traditional and digital media
touch-points in process
o Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and
results
o Facilitates creative reviews and recaps clear, actionable
feedback
o Ensures all photo shoot needs are identified across all channels
upfront in brief; ensures post-production & retouching deadlines
are met
o Understands and intersects interdependencies across workstreams
(e.g. creative,
PDM)
--- Develops comprehensive schedules and sets/leads interim
milestone meetings across all channels/teams, ensuring integration
of traditional and digital media touch-points in process.
Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
--- Tracks programs to budget; facilitates conversation between
marketing, creative and producer if/when costs impact design
&/or budget
--- Solid understanding of project management methodology including
the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop
detailed work plans and roadmaps, perform resource allocations and
run team meetings.
--- Supervises and mentors a team of up to 10 professionals
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
--- 8-10 years experience managing multiple large, complex and
cross functional projects, preferably in a retail or agency
environment
--- Experience in people management required
--- College degree or equivalent experience
--- Excellent technical skills - MS Office (specifically Excel,
Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Workfront
--- Agency or retail experience preferred
--- Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and
organizational agility to leverage partnerships across the
organization to get work done
--- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate
obstacles and also quickly generate solutions/ideas
--- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and
verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team
meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
--- Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
--- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities
--- Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves
approach
