experiences.Position SummaryAssist the Director of Brand Enablement
and Education to create, develop and implement learning and
development resources to enable and educate the entire ASPIRA Fine
Wine and Craft Spirits division and broader US wholesale selling
organization at Constellation Brands. This may include the
development and delivery of educational tools, course content,
seminars, webinars, to be delivered across various platforms - web,
mobile, social. This person will work closely with the Director of
Brand Enablement and Education to ensure that the learning and
development programs align and support the strategic focus and
growth of Constellation Brands.Responsibilities
- Develop, in conjunction with the Director, Brand Enablement and
Education, effective learning solutions (courses, curricula,
presentations, podcasts, video content, assessments, etc.) for a
variety of platforms including web, mobile, social media
- Manage and facilitate online webinars/ chat sessions/ hosted
meetings with subject matter experts and desired audiences for both
internal teams, distributors, and external clients
- Maintain relationships with training vendor partners, including
the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET)
- Collaborate with and maintain a cross-functional relationship
with the broader CBI and ASPIRA marketing and DTC teams,
implementing a communication process and cadence for sharing of
tools and content
- Assist with the administration and execution of WSET Wine and
Spirits Level 2 and 3 courses and become certified to facilitate
WSET courses
- Manage the technology for webinars in Webex platform and aid
with the management of the Docebo LMS platform
- Effectively utilize technology, research methodologies, and
best practices to create engaging and highly interactive
content
- Maintain the ASPIRA Brand Resources and Business Development
content on SharePoint and upload all learning resources such as
tools, courses, webinars and podcasts
- Collaborate with Director(s) of Learning and Enablement and
Sales Training to identify educational needs and develop effective
learning solutions that are measurable and effective.
- Contribute to and support the development of the online
learning resources
- Work with CBI Sales teams and Key Accounts to provide learning
support and program development.
- Support other needs from the Business Development and Education
team as needed
- Develop tools, reusable templates and processes for
instructional development
- Other duties and tasks assigned as necessaryMinimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits and the wine and spirits
industry, as demonstrated by industry experience, WSET Level 2 in
Wine or Spirits, CMS Certified, or equivalent
- A strong interest to continue Wine and Spirits Education to an
Advanced Level (WSET Level 3) and become a WSET Nominated Educator
for Wine and/or Spirits
- Knowledge of various theories of learning and development, and
approaches to adult education.
- 3-5 years' experience in successfully developing learning
solutions or training with measurable results.
- Excellent attention to detail and meticulous planning
skills
- Strong collaboration skills with brand marketing, DTC,
marketing activation and training and development team
- Must be knowledgeable of innovation trends, technologies and
have experience in creating online distance education
solutions
- Prior experience developing for mobile platforms (web, apps,
etc.) would be greatly beneficial
- Exceptional oral and written interpersonal communication
skills
- Be comfortable working across business units, and with a
variety of strong personalities
- Familiarity with various computer software applications
(Articulate, Rise, Adobe Suite) and other industry-standard design
and e-learning software applications
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter for events,
meetings and to support education programs at CBI winery and
distillery propertiesPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentMust be
at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long
periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
