Job Description

LinkedIn's Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. As an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, you will use your strategic marketing skills to educate prospects in North America on the benefits and value of Sales Navigator and drive them to engage with our products in meaningful ways. You will serve as an internal expert on product engagement, at-scale email marketing, and leveraging LinkedIn data for smart demand generation campaigns that help level up our sales plays with account-, vertical-, and persona-based marketing.

This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay or New York City metro areas or remote in the US depending on where the applicant chosen for the role is residing.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Define and execute campaigns to drive new sales leads for the Midmarket and Enterprise segments in North America. Campaign types include (but are not limited to) email, on-demand and live webinars, video, and in-network advertising.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Marketing Performance, and other regional marketing teams to leverage LinkedIn data and execute dynamic and engaging campaigns (including emails, advertising, landing pages, and audience targeting), measure campaign effectiveness, and locate opportunities for optimization and iterative improvement.
Help manage the marketing campaign calendar, identifying new, high-potential campaigns and optimizing our mix.
Collaborate closely with sales to identify campaign opportunities, ensure sales reps are up-to-date and engaged with marketing activities, and share results.
Maintain detailed performance metrics to track progress and drive decisions.


Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS degree
6+ years of experience in marketing roles covering demand generation, product engagement, or customer lifecycle with demonstrated results.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing and email campaigns. Experience collaborating with sales or inside sales/sales development teams to manage the lead pipelines preferred.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally -- on any given day you will work with other marketing teams, sales, customer success, support, insights, analytics, business operations and more!
Strong copywriting skills to develop compelling emails and landing pages that entice product engagement. A/B testing and email automation experience is a plus.
Comfort with quantitatively measuring campaign effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities. Strong Excel skills preferred.
