Office Manager and Executive Assistant An Investment firm located in Marin County is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of the office and act as an executive assistant for the firms principals EA Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Travel planning
  • Document scanning and filing
  • Order lunches
  • Plan team events
  • Special projects Office Manager Responsibilities:
    • Greet, direct and provide hospitality and assistance to all visitors
    • Answer the main phone line and direct calls
    • Prepare for client meetings (prep conference room; order breakfast or lunch)
    • Order office and kitchen supplies
    • Coordinate with the building management for maintenance related issues
    • Pick up mail and packages Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of executive assistant and/or office manager experience
      • The highest level of ethical and professional standards
      • An entrepreneurial individual that is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and that relishes taking on a variety of roles
      • Team player with humility and willingness to do whatever is necessary to ensure the organizations success
      • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient Compensation:
