Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. About Your Role

Juniper Squares Account Management team is hiring to support our Enterprise customers. The Account Management team is responsible for relationship management and commercial outcomes for existing customer accounts. You will report to the Head of Account Management who brings 20+ years of CRE experience and a passion for technology to the team.

In this role, you are the point of contact for executive level relationships for your client accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to assist and guide the customer in achieving their desired business outcomes. You will engage the account to address commercial challenges and navigate required business level change management to successfully adopt Juniper Square solutions. You will manage executive level relationships, share best practices, handle renewals and identify upsell opportunities for your book of customers. This is a cross-functional role that partners closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Business Development Representatives, and Product Operations to serve the Enterprise Customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the executive customer relationships to understand their business, industry and goals.
  • Serve as the clients point of contact for executive relationship management, account escalations, client migration, implementation, and coordination with Juniper Squares internal teams
  • Meet retention quotas by making sure Juniper Square is delivering value in a meaningful, visible, and goal-aligned manner.
  • Use CRM to operate efficiently, identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and develop strategies for retention
  • Submit feature and product requests that align to the clients need and work with Juniper Squares Product team
  • Own the account mapping process and coordinate meetings to identify success metrics, shared commitments, timelines, and action plans. These will include, both scheduled (e.g., quarterly business reviews, and executive syncs) and meetings as needed.
    Qualifications
    • 6+ years of B2B Account Management experience, including 2+ years in the Enterprise segment.
    • Proven record of meeting revenue-based quotas for retention and expansion
    • Experience selling enterprise software solutions to existing clients and managing C-suite relationships
    • Knowledge of financial and real estate private equity concepts or curiosity to learn about the private capital markets and technology innovation in the industry.
    • Motivated by change and comfort with an evolving work environment
    • Ability to use insights/data to identify patterns and justify the return on investment
    • Experience managing projects with competing priorities, staying organized and following through on commitments
