Are you a Human Resources Professional with at least 5 years of
experience in Worker's comp and -California labor law? - -We are
currently in search of a Human Resource Manager for a Social
Service Organization. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.
This is a full-time, temporary to possible hire assignment.

HireHOURLY PAY: $40-$47.00 -Is This Your Dream Job: The Human
Resource Manager plays an active and key role in overseeing the
administration, work flow processes, and benefits. Reporting to the
Director of Training, your responsibilities will be (but are not
limited to), the oversight of payroll operations, reporting, and
administration of our medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
programs. Specifically, s/he/they will navigate through, and lead
the implementation and enrollment of our benefits programs,
policies, compliance protocols. -Supervising the HR Generalist, you
will serve as a thought partner to all Managers in exploring ways
HR can streamline workflows, recruitment processes and ensure
connections and compliance protocols are integrated across all

- Experience counseling employees on HR issues, addressing
performance problems, terminations, promotions, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, ACA and other San
Francisco, California and federal regulations. - - - -How You Will
Spend Your Day:
- Coach employees and managers regarding employee relations,
career development, and performance management.
- Build relationships with employees and leaders within
- Lead and/or support various HR initiatives.
- Point person for questions regarding the Collective Bargaining
Agreement and responsible for tracking any amendments to it.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
applicable human resource local, state, and federal requirements;
conducting investigations; and maintaining employee records.
- Be a resource to operations, programs, and business Leaders on
all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including:
Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation
Strategies, ER issues/Coaching/Investigations, Talent Strategies,
- Leverage a combination of employee insights, organizational
dynamics, data and your instinct to provide thought leadership to
business leaders on organizational development and talent
