Job Description:

TDA are partnered exclusively with one of the most innovative Fin-Tech giants in San Francisco to help them find a Sr Engineering Manager with core banking expertise.

The Sr Manager will lead and manage the technology teams building world class solution and straight thru processing for operational efficiencies. You will serve as a part of Core technology team and work closely with the Product leadership team to drive overall product delivery. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to provide strategic direction and guidance related to the expanding and rapidly evolving application landscape.

At least 5+ years experience managing technical projects.
Must have experience in implementing Loan IQ product in any bank.
Lead the teams implementing various products at a large technology or fintech organizations.
Experience in leading, growing and building a large engineering team.
Experience integrating Core banking solutions.
Deep knowledge of Bank Operations and transaction processing.
Experience in Lending domain is preferential.
Must be either a US CITIZEN OR GC HOLDER.

Whats on offer
Up to a $220k salary - dependent on experience.
