The Consulting Director will be part of a fast-paced team helping
customers solve complex scheduling issues and delivering
exceptional results. You will be responsible for leading, creating,
and implementing change management initiatives that maximize early
user adoption and help our customers achieve their business
You will lead a team of Implementation Consultants within the North
American region, working closely with cross functional leaders
globally to develop more efficient delivery methods, whilst
maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support the development and implementation of a global
comprehensive Consulting approach, including Change Management and
Value Realization, to successful adoption of Skedulo.
Lead the development of a range of change management offerings for
our customers, to support their business outcomes and realize value
through the implementation of Skedulo.
Coach our Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on how to
successfully lead change initiatives, ensuring ownership lies with
Build trusted relationships with customers, communicating the value
of our product whilst gaining their feedback to drive increased
customer satisfaction and engagement.
Lead the regional Implementation Consultants to successfully
implement, in partnership with Project Managers, across the full
range of project deliveries: out of the box onboarding, complex
product configurations and large, complex implementation projects;
across different platforms and industry verticals.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Experience Teams to
understand prospect business challenges and demonstrate how Skedulo
can maximize their business success
Work closely with the Engineering, Product Development and Design
teams to identify and assess potential new features for inclusion
in our core product, supporting internal projects to ensure
successful delivery of key features to customers.
Act as an escalation point for the customer for any consultant
related issues. Assist with other minor project escalations and
Work with project teams to guide the customer to plan and assess
Skedulo Value Realization.
People Management Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the work of the Implementation Consultants to
ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Leading and mentoring the Consulting Team within the region,
setting their delivery assignments, providing oversight on their
work, facilitating a balanced workload, and contributing to
achievement of the broader Delivery team OKRs
Manage ongoing recruitment, training and development, coaching,
mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance for
Serve as a change leader and coach to the Delivery team
7+ years previous experience in managing teams, including globally
5+ years experience in Change Management and process improvement,
ideally within a software delivery company
Must have great written, oral and interpersonal communication
skills in English, including presentation skills
Prior experience working with offshore and distributed software
development teams is required
Comfortable handling ambiguity and managing multiple
A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional
knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
A proven strong teamwork ethic is essential to this function
Desired Skills/ Experience
3+ years in an external consulting role preferred
5+ years of experience in developing and leading change management
strategies that support large scale process/technology projects
and/or transformational initiatives
Desired candidates enjoy problem solving while learning, developing
and applying new skills along the way.
Desired candidates will have working knowledge of the Atlassian
Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Salesforce platforms.
Desired candidates will have a strong sense of urgency and the
ability to empower their team to do great work.
This position will require no more than 20% travel from time to
time as set forth by the Company.
Must have a valid US work visa upon hire to be considered for this
