Job Description:

Our SaaS Tech client is a highly profitable & dynamic SaaS Tech Start-Up in high trajectory growth and a leader in automated CX Assurance Platform services. We seek a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager, CPA, with a Big 4 background, solid SaaS ASC 606 technical skills, and Start-Up pre-IPO, company experience, to partner with global internal stakeholders, with the ability to build & streamline processes within ASC 606 Revenue from the ground up. The ideal candidate is passionate about revenue processes, knowledgeable in ASC 606 SaaS Tech operations, develops technical memos, is highly motivated, and embraces challenges. This role reports to the VP of Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the sales contract review process for finance to help structure contract terms that adhere to revenue recognition policies
Maintain the revenue recognition policy for all revenue elements and contract acquisition costs per ASC 606
Prepare position memos related to revenue recognition
Process revenue/deferred Revenue related journal entries in NetSuite
Own monthly revenue accounting cycle and close process
Reconcile information between NetSuite and Salesforce
Analyze actual revenue results against forecast
Develop and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accuracy in reported Revenue
Develop and prepare an analysis of Revenue, performance trends, and variance explanations for Management
Ad hoc projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years in related experience GAAP Revenue Accounting operations with Software/SaaS Tech pre-IPO, company experience
CPA with Big 4 background, preferred
Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and ability to write technical accounting memos
ERP systems proficiency in NetSuite and Advanced Excel, Slack systems experience is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work independently and within team collaborative experience
Experience in managing a complex set of objectives and team goals in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
