We are looking for a self-motivated EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to join our team of creative and high-performing communications professionals to build a long-lasting culture. You can be located remotely across the US or UK.You are thoughtful, genuine, take initiative and are a strong collaborator. You understand the power of connections across functions, geographies, and teams as you help our C-Level executives communicate both internally and externally. Your Impact

Develop, manage, and prepare all communications deliverables for our key C-suite executives including the CEO, CFO, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Development Officer, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Chief of Connected Planning, and our Chief People Officer.

This could include communications plans, customer briefings, all hands decks, internal and external presentations, organizational announcements, internal and external blogs, message-in-a-box, social media, program communications, etc.

Complete customer communications support deliverables for Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering with a cohesive, collaborative, and organized approach.

Collaborate with all functions within the company to understand context and provide information as needed.

Manage a large volume of communications requests from C-levels while maintaining priorities, stress levels, and getting quality stuff done and on time.

Maintain the editorial calendar to ensure consistency and a cadence of communication for each executive.

Maintain the Anaplan voice across all communications, written and verbal, and across company leadership.

Become a strategic advisor and have the ability to see the big picture.

Develop a keen understanding of each executive's style, voice, and preference.

Your Qualifications

5-7 years of direct experience in working with C-level executives

Strong track record of producing high-quality written content

Strong storyteller and creative problem solver

Thoughtful advisor and understands the importance of confidentiality

Proven success building and implementing programs that inform and delight employees

Drama free and believes in Reality-Based Leadership

Loves to read, travel, or cook and is slightly obsessed with at least one really good podcast/book or TV series
