Company---s Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development is looking for a Vice President of Supply Chain to manage and develop the organization---s supply chain activities and execute on emerging strategies for our organization and extended delivery network.-- Company is expanding its Sourcing and Supply Chain team, and if you enjoy autonomy, have a love for building an organization, and want to make a huge impact on patients and telemedicine, then this is the right place for you!-- As a Vice President for this group, you will be specifically responsible for driving merchandising activities for our OTC, Prescription, and supply product categories.-- You will have deep knowledge in how to build portfolios, direct sourcing, trends and opportunities in the market, maintain and create relationships with suppliers, and are able to combine it all to partner successfully with external clients on related projects. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead sourcing and supply chain best practices, technology deployment, and pricing
  • Accurately forecast inventory demand and capacity utilization across the chain
  • Adopt industry best practices to optimize inventory control, ordering, and SOPs
  • Act as subject matter expert for procurement and development, then drive improvement, standardization, and consistency of sourcing procedures, based on industry best practices
  • Build workflows and processes around related procurement and supply chain activities, including pricing, formulary creation & maintenance, forecasting, ordering, and analytics
  • Ensure product stock is adequate and can integrate direct demand from customers
  • Develop peak and non-peak planning forecasts and processes
  • Develop and manage KPIs, peer benchmarking, and manage organizational OKRs--
  • Help establish Sourcing Team goals, including savings targets, service levels, and own responsibility for the team---s performance and effectiveness
  • Act as the ambassador of the Sourcing & Supply Chain team, able to articulate the team---s functional and strategic value in the context of projects and technological development.
  • Possess a strategic business mindset, organizational savvy, an executive-level presence, and be able to balance multiple demands simultaneously
  • Report-out monthly on business & operating status to leadershipWe're Looking For Someone With:
    • 6+ years related experience, with director level responsibility in OTC/Rx merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain operations. Pharmacy, Pharma, or healthcare experience is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree is required, certification in supply chain is a plus (CPIM, CPP, CPM, IATA or ISM)
    • You have managed a program P&L, or related responsibility
    • Intimate familiarity with programs and schemas - the successful candidate will understand how to navigate and plan for success beyond a single season
    • Carrier management experience a plus
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • Proven supply chain management, analytical abilities and financial modeling prowess: the successful candidate must have the ability to jump-in to own the portfolio and its activities, as well as prioritize effectively in an extremely fast paced environment
    • Understands how to build, change, and deploy common supply chain practices
    • Ability to accurately track inventory across a chain of disparate locations
    • Outstanding communication, organization/planning, and analytical skills
    • Entrepreneurial, flexible, and collaborative
    • Engaging, team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
