The focus is building a roadmap and vision for our Search capabilities for the Salesforce Commerce on Core Product. Our customers expect Search to be intelligent, performant, and easy to manage. This team's mission is to deliver a powerful, high-value search solution for our customers.


This is where you come in! Our first Lightning Commerce product was released in 2020, and we are looking for someone to define the future vision for our Commerce Search capabilities. This role is for a full stack Product leader. Not only will you be define configurable Commerce Search components, but you will also be driving the robust APIs that power these components. In addition to the key commerce search features, this role is also focused on driving value through intelligence features such as boost rules and product recommendations.


What you will be working on

• Lead the product vision and strategy for Commerce Search on core
• Build a full stack product including Commerce Search Service, Search UI Component, and Management of the Search Service
• Create a product to serve for both B2B and B2C Customers on core
• Collaborate with Customers and Internal Stakeholders to deliver value for our Commerce customers
• Work cross functionally with Design and Engineering to align on the multi-year product vision
• Strategize on how intelligence can enhance standard search features
• Ensure the team is consistently focused on the highest-impact priorities with understanding tradeoffs
• Engage with ISVs to develop AppExchange packages to boost our Commerce Search offering
  
  Who you are
  • 8+ years experience in a combination of product management, software engineering, consulting or equivalent field
  • Passionate about Commerce both B2B and B2C
  • Ability to ruthless prioritize in the face of competing priorities
  • Drive to truly understand the needs of your customer, and the ability to translate those into business goals
  • Ability to track and drive metrics, and the wisdom to understand what they can and can't tell you
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross functional partners while spearheading features
