ABOUT THE TEAM-- The Product team at Side drives product vision, strategic planning, problem definition and prioritization, and the design, rollout, and measurement of new products and features. The team is responsible for delivering products that impact the business and measuring that impact against well-defined success outcomes. -- We build products iteratively based on data-driven insights and user feedback, and generate insightful hypotheses about our users and their needs. We regularly interface with internal stakeholders and are in a unique position of easy access to users for real time feedback due to our close partnerships with our customers & their teams.-- -- We believe that collaboration, teamwork, and communication are critical to the product development process. We strive to communicate clearly, manage expectations proactively, and exercise full transparency with our stakeholders and teammates.-- -- The team as a whole is organized around three areas of ownership: Brokerage Platform, Partner Growth, and Internal Business Systems. ABOUT THE ROLE-- -- In this role, you will lead the product team responsible for our Partner Growth solution, which is a suite of systems and tools designed to help our partners and agents grow their businesses. The Partner Growth team owns our website development platform, our marketing automation and CRM solutions, and other solutions to enable and track various partner marketing programs.-- -- You will lead the strategy and roadmap for the Partner Growth solution. You will work directly with our partner agents to understand how they work, what problems they have, and how we can best develop solutions to help them succeed. You will also work closely with our Partner Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand and prioritize customer needs. And you will work closely with our Product Design and Engineering teams to execute and deliver on product roadmap. -- You will report directly to the Head of Product and will manage a small but growing team of product managers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage and mentor a small but growing team of product managers
  • Develop a high-level strategic vision for the Partner Growth solution to ensure it scales as we grow
  • Convert the strategic vision into an execution plan
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and build roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Customer Success on solution requirements and priorities
  • Evaluate 3rd party solutions and apply frameworks to make appropriate build or buy decisions
  • Work closely with 3rd party technology partners to communicate product requirements and drive timely execution
  • Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to design and deliver delightful customer experiences
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans with the GTM team
  • Create implementation playbooks for our Customer Service teams
  • Set goals, define success metrics, measure results, make adjustments, and iterate WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?
    • Minimum 12 years of professional experience delivering scalable technology solutions
    • Minimum 8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
    • Deep experience with sales and marketing automation solutions (CRM, marketing automation)
    • Proven skills in developing product strategy and product roadmaps as well as decision and prioritization frameworks
    • Proven track record of using data to make decisions and measure outcomes
    • Experience integrating a diverse set of technologies and processes into a cohesive product
    • Strong collaboration skills in team environments but able to act quickly as a decision-maker
    • Strong written and verbal communicationStrong work ethic with a willingness to dive deep into the details
    • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • Experience with the Real Estate industry is a bonusB.A., B.S. or equivalent COMPENSATION/PERKS
