$75.00 to $95.00 hourlyOur client in the facilities services
industry is looking for a Lead, coach to develop and manage staff
of 10, with 3 direct reports. Approval all monthly benefit payments
(401(k), Union H& W, Non-Union consolidated invoice, SFHCSO, NYS
DBL and PFL quarterly premiums, etc.) Non-Union Health Benefits -
Provide direction to staff related to budgeting, annual rate and
employee contribution development, eligibility, benefits
integration, contracts/renewals, business case development and
product implementation. Direct the management of benefit plans,
including reporting and analysis, design, administration, data
feeds, customer service, communication, and vendor management.
Negotiate with, contract with, and maintain valued relationships
with vendor partners. 401(k) Plan Administrator - Provide
leadership and direction for administering two company sponsored
401(k) Plans, providing recommendations to Trustees, and working
closely with consultants to ensure the Plans follow all IRS
regulations and ERISA requirements. Oversee annual plan audits,
eligibility, plan amendments. Maintain fiduciary files. Union
Health and Welfare, Retirement and Other Benefit Payments - Provide
oversight and monthly approvals of payments to the Trust Funds of
roughly 40 unions nationwide. Responsible for paying contributions
as per collective bargaining agreements, with great attention to
payment deadlines. In addition, the role is the primary
relationship manager to the Trust Funds and is responsible for
responding to numerous Taft-Hartley multi-employer payroll audits.
Leave Management - Provide oversight of company leave management
programs.Compliance - Stay current on legislation, trends and
marketplace changes and make recommendations to ensure
competitiveness and compliance applicable to Total Rewards. File
regulatory reporting i.e., EO100 report, ACA 1095-C and 1094-C plus
various agency reporting requirements. Focus on new laws and
regulations related to ERISA, FMLA, CFRA, ACA, HIPPA, ADA, COBRA,
Statutory State Paid Family Leaves, etc. Communication - Oversee
benefits efforts and support change management. Champion other
programs and policies in support of the company's cultural
initiatives, including employee wellness, flexible working and
leave programs, and work to ensure their fair and compliant
implementation and execution.Job Requirements:Assess Compliance,
Compliance Audit, Benefit Law, Benefit Functions --- Liaise with
company CPA for day-to-day administration of executive benefits.

related to new benefits, benefits for new business and other ad hoc
