Job Description:

We are retained by our client -a global consulting and digital transformation services firm , to hire Director - Business Development for Private Equity Channel . This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities within their assigned set of PE accounts with $1B - $10 B in assets under management (AUM) and their portfolio companies.
The primary responsibility is to increase deal flow into the firm while raising brand awareness within the PE networks and their portfolio companies . This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities within their assigned set of PE accounts. Key success criteria are pipeline, sales and revenue as well as the ability to collaborative effectively with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in consulting, and a solid history of success in similar roles with prior experience in consulting services area and feel that your profile seems to be a good match. Location : 1 in East coast and 1 in west coastReporting to - VP of Private Equity Channel Key responsibilities include---- Manage and develop a set of private equity relationships, include coverage of PE firms across the U.S., UK--- Develop innovative deal constructs and partnership models and translate PE business model objectives into actionable outsourcing deals--- Will carry P&L and sales targets for PE portfolio companies We are looking for Senior professional with experience developing, structuring and closing innovative services deals.. strong exp in emerging next-gen technologies , Digital , Cloud , AI , ML etc

  • The candidate will have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing and developing their book of business.
  • The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar sales or business development capacity, and has strong understanding of the PE ecosystem
  • Min 8-10 years of professional experience and track record of sourcing leads and converting prospects to clients, maintaining high conversion rate.
  • Strong relationship management skills, shown through initiating and growing client relationships.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Coordinate with other firm team members to optimize the sales effort
  • Sales experience in software , consulting and professional services is pref
