DescriptionThis role is focused developing and managing healthcare solutions aimed at Medicare Advantage prospects and customers who are Veterans of the US Military within Humana's Medicare Advantage business. The Retail Product Manager leads the design, development, launch and management of initiatives that solve critical member, clinical and business needs.--

If you want to learn a lot, be challenged, and also operate in a collaborative environment, Humana's Retail Strategy & Product team could be a great fit.ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Product Manager leads all phases of the product lifecycle by developing products to meet customer needs and achieve specific growth, experience and clinical outcomes. Drives business case development and specifies data needs, new processes and measurement approach to launch and scale pilots. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs and desired outcomes. Interacts with teams across the organization ranging from Marketing, Sales, Service, Stars and Clinical; also interfaces with local community teams to advance strategy. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.This is a high profile role, working on some of the company's most important strategic growth priorities. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate examples of core product management skills including strategic thinking, outcomes orientation, cross-functional project management, team leadership, and collaboration in a matrixed environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years of work experience, with track record of bringing new products/services to market, ideally in the healthcare space--
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in data analytics PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
  • MBA or other relevant Master's level degree
  • Management consulting background
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage business ---
