Product Marketing ManagerWe're rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and the Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our success. We've experienced tremendous growth in the last few years and are looking to bring on a marketing leader who can take our B2B strategy to the next level of impact. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll drive awareness & faster adoption of our digital bundled healthcare solution. You'll accelerate business growth through innovative storytelling and marketing strategy and have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy, build messaging and programs that generate demand, launch new products, and accelerate revenue. You'll prioritize market and business requirements, contribute to the evolution of our value proposition, and leverage cross-discipline strategies, tactics, and tools to help us meet business objectives. You'll be responsible for ideating, executing, and optimizing modern marketing programs and campaigns that deliver results that affect real people's health and quality of life. You've hustled, you've created, you've implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high growth mode.You're excited about this opportunity because you will...* Run multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with target employers and nurture relationships at various moments of the buying cycle. * Develop creative and project briefs to define content and launch strategy, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, strategic campaigns in support of business goals and GTM strategy.* Own the creation of compelling messaging and selling materials including but not limited to landing pages, ad campaigns, sales collateral, pitch decks, reports, case studies, and white papers. * Manage strategic partnerships with industry associations and healthcare consulting agencies to develop marketing opportunities including sponsorships, events, webinars, and more. * Build a B2B email marketing program that promotes brand awareness and consideration among target employer and consulting audiences.* Regularly analyze and report the success of your programs to cross-functional stakeholders. You get excited about running experiments and optimizing the performance of your campaigns. * Create product marketing playbooks that clearly define our positioning, outline employer needs and pain points, and formalize core messaging that will be leveraged across internal and external teams.* Be integral in shaping our overarching brand story and sharing it with many audiences.* Support the launch of new markets, products, and services with cross-functional team members. * Stay on top of competitive trends, translating insights into POVs and sharing those with cross-functional team members.We're excited about you because---You bring a rich background of b2b marketing strategy and execution and a book of successful work from memorable brands. We have a strong preference for market disruptors who have a proven track record driving employer demand in the employee benefits space. We hope to see from you: * 7 years of B2B marketing or related experience at a technology or digital health company, with a minimum of 3 years doing high-end enterprise marketing.* Proven track record in developing value-oriented messaging and compelling stories for healthcare products. * Customer-centric, empathetic, and creative. You always build strategy around customer insights, you have a knack for understanding the wants and needs of others, and you're great at generating creative new ideas around those customers.* Scrappy, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
