We are located in San Francisco and New York City. Description Abnormal Security is looking for a Sr Channel Marketing Manager to develop and implement successful channel marketing programs. You will use clearly defined metrics to track and measure performance to map revenue attainment from marketing programs to new and existing customers. This position offers a great opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners to develop revenue and support key corporate and channel initiatives. We are looking for creative thinkers who can bring new ideas and execute them at a high-level. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused and has high attention to detail. Responsibilities Drive demand and create new opportunities for the direct sales team through our partners Build and execute marketing plans focused on pipeline generation by providing strategic direction based on an understanding of the partner business objectives Develop and carry out integrated channel marketing programs with key partners including events, digital marketing, social media, field marketing, etc. "Campaign-in-a-box" development for channel partners (in collaboration with Corporate Marketing) Collaborate with Channel Sales to become Partner advocates within Abnormal Security Promote partner training and enablement, partner portal, deal registration and other tools leveraged for Partners Coordinate between marketing, sales and management to ensure direction, branding, messaging are all in alignment Monitor, analyze and report performance of each program against forecasts. Track marketing program ROI and monitor trends to continually improve the programs and program mix Manage program progress and ensure execution is on-time and on-budget Forecast and manage the channel marketing budget Ideal Candidate Channel experience is required. Experience working in a team environment across both internal and external stakeholders Experience creating and managing budgets and be able to explain program performance and ROI Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work with a minimum of direction and supervision. Be able to translate broad directives into tactics and activities Location is flexible; preference toward Eastern US Existing relationships with security partners is highly desirable Experience with marketing systems (e.g., Marketo) Why Abnormal Security:
