Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growing the client base in Land Development
  
• Develop/execute a business plan that supports the firm's strategic plans
  
• Initiate business development opportunities using expertise to find solutions for clients/prospects gaining business/growing revenue
  
• Coordinate marketing, business development, and sales plans with other departments
  
• Create Client Action Plans and establish sales goals
  
• Understand the client marketplace, market needs, and client expectations
  
• Anticipate future client needs to identify potential sales opportunities
  
• Participate in professional/civic organizations as a representative of the firm
  
• Assist with negotiations of project schedule, fee, scope, and contract terms
  
• Monitor/resolve project issues related to client goals, objectives, and satisfaction to maintain quality standards sold to the client
  
• Assist with recruitment of engineering staff
  Requirements:
  
  • B.S. degree in engineering or scientific related area of study
    
  • 8+ years of engineering or scientific-related experience
    
  • Experience developing/executing a successful business development plan with proven sales record
    
  • PE License
