To learn more, visit: www.zignallabs.com . We're looking for someone to support the growth of our big data, analytics platform. This Product Manager will support all facets of product development, from product definition to beta testing, go-to-market launch, and post-launch evaluation, including researching the key drivers to improve overall product performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Define, develop and deliver the overall product roadmap for multiple products and contribute to our overall product strategy and vision while tracking progress along with the roadmap plan
• Champion the products in your domain, set and track their success criteria and ensure cross-functional alignment in the company
• Conduct competitive analysis and value proposition differentiation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve adoption, NPS and cost efficiency of your products
• Work with customers to capture feedback and constantly improve their experience
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to develop products in an agile environment, including sprint and roadmap planning, channeling the voice of the customer
• Work with Marketing and Sales Enablement to define the most effective go-to-market strategy and Sales and Customer Success to serve as the internal and external evangelist for Zignal Labs's products The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 7+ years related experience in product management with SaaS/cloud products
  • Demonstrated ability to take a product from ideation to release in an enterprise (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and think through industry trends to come up with strategic initiatives that create market differentiation
  • Demonstrated ability to capture and translate market feedback into successful product initiatives
  • A demonstrated success that balances enterprise product evolution with customer-specific needs
  • Experience in Big data analytics, data enhancement, ETL, large-scale cloud solutions (ML/AI and social media platforms or other high-volume data streams/sources a big plus)
  • Demonstrated executive presence: experience in presenting to senior executives both internally and externally and partners management (experience in interacting with Analysts and presentation in professional conferences a big plus)
  • Experience building effective go-to-market plans: messaging/value proposition, target audience, pricing, success metrics
  • Able to lead collaboratively, working across all groups in the company towards a common goal
  • Able to collaborate and really listen to the ideas of others
  • Able to take feedback constructively and feel comfortable with a meaningful, open debate of your ideas
  • Confident when needing to make decisions quickly
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate, with strong interpersonal skills
