vArmour Application Controller helps security teams effectively manage application security policies across hybrid-cloud environments by auto-discovering applications, computing intent-based security policies, and protecting applications with consistent enforcement across platforms.-- We've been doing this for the biggest enterprise customers all around the globe - financial services, service providers, and critical infrastructure. Our software protects banking payment systems, global telecommunications, the electrical grid, and automated medical systems. At vArmour, we take hard problems and make them simple.-- The Director of Strategic Channels--will be the primary liaison and advocate for our global partnerships with large enterprise channel partners.--You will work with our Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing teams to develop co-selling motions as well as our Technology Alliances team to develop new partner integrations to sell through the channel. You will be an expert in the opportunities that are available to vArmour as part of our channel partnerships and will use your strategic mindset to prioritize and execute engagements which align with our company's business objectives. Our ideal candidate will need to be comfortable exploring new lines of business, use networking to develop relationships for new entry points and be confident in talking broadly across product, technology and sales teams both at vArmour and with our partners. The ideal candidate will have experience building and deepening partner relationships, demonstrated successfully leading cross-functional initiatives, as well as proven outcomes in aligning with and enabling global sales teams to generate revenue.-- What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day relationship and business development activities with the channel partners to build mutually beneficial customer and business outcomes
  • Engage with the Channel partners to explore new integration concepts within the channel
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and execute change management within vArmour
  • Be the leader in the sales messaging, motion and organizational alignment for each channel partner
  • Drive go-to-market efforts that coordinate marketing, sales, and channel alignment
  • Understand each channel partner intimately, how their partnership programs work, what motivates them and how to drive commitment to an ever-expanding and deepening relationship-- What you will bring
    • B.S. or B.A in related fields
    • 10+ years of experience with enterprise software field sales/alliances/business development, cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not a requirement
    • Strong working knowledge of enterprise security software and the importance of a channel strategy
    • Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end initiatives involving multiple groups, audiences and deliverables
    • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically--
    • Tech-savvy coupled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity--
    • Proficient with Excel and possess strong analytical, project management, verbal, written and presentation skills--
    • Start up experience a plus
    • Ability and willingness to provide value in a fast paced, highly collaborative--environment
