We are looking for a Program Manager to join our recruiting operations team. You will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver on high priority projects that lead to operational efficiency and recruiter enablement.-- The Problems You'll Solve

  • Oversee the Recruiting Coordination function and implement process improvements that lead to more efficient scheduling and coordination
  • Own the candidate experience and deliver on a number of projects that will increase efficiency and enhance our end to end candidate experience--
  • Drive and execute on cross-functional projects from planning to change management across recruitment and the broader People team
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors and own the administration of all recruiting platforms, resources and tools including Gem, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and GoodTime
  • Develop and lead various trainings on new initiatives to the recruiting team--
  • Partner with recruitment and business leaders to understand processes and operations within their orgs, analyze results, and develop scalable solutions About You
    • 4+ years of project or program management experience within a Recruiting function--
    • Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment--
    • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while working autonomously
    • Solid understanding of the end to end Recruiting process
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with various leaders across the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on cross collaboration
