General Manager Global Operations, Marketing and Advertising Agency San Francisco , CA - Fully Remote Job Description General Manager, Global Operations Our client, a growing global full service digital agency is looking to add a talented Operations lead to their team. This person should have solid operational experience from the agency side (full service or media), with deep knowledge of digital media experience including emerging media, and experience working with cross functional teams agency wide, ideally inclusive of global experience. This role will have a seat at the table with senior leadership, weigh in on strategy, and then take the vision and know how to make it happen across teams. This midsized agency has aggressive plans for growth and this person will be onboard to help them achieve their goals. In this role you will run the operational aspect of the day to day, know how to find efficiencies and make sure teams are collaborating here in the US, as well as also partner with the those leading the in offices in UK and APAC. This person is a builder, an operator, and an integrator- someone who does not get bored with the details. #LI-BT1 Job Requirements --Skills & experience--

• Minimum of 15 years of experience developing and implementing operational strategies and systems.
• Experience in a management position, including previous oversight of people operations and organizational administration.
• Proven ability to create and implement operational efficiencies, meet client expectations, and develop a "best practice" approach for all operations
• Proven ability to assess organizational strengths and weaknesses to recommend operational efficiencies.
• Proven track record of building teams, finding talent, nurturing relationships, and tackling challenging people-related issues.
• Agency experience is preferred.
