The Senior Product Manager will enable Real Estate Management, our $10B line of business where technology plays a pivotal and disruptive role in driving impact in the industry, Today the technology offerings are fragmented and antiquated, largely driven by spreadsheets and manual processes. Our clients demonstrate a substantial appetite for better user experiences, AI/ML first mindset, and forward thinking product leaders with a focus on the customer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global product strategy for the sustainability and engineering products within the Real Estate Management line of business, encompassing the products delivering value to our people and our clients. Your mandate will be to drive additional market share and margin, while simultaneously re-inventing how the industry will operate. There is immense opportunity to make immediate, needle-moving impact. As a Senior Product Manager at JLL Technologies, you will: Define the global vision for products within our $10B Real Estate Management line of business. Deliver prototypes to market rapidly to validate and test hypotheses. Ensure efforts and priorities align with global business objectives and revenue goals. Evaluate buy, build and/or partnership opportunities to solidify JLL's position as the proptech industry leader now and for the future. Rethink and/or repackage existing solutions to deliver industry leading technologies. Define product success metrics to ensure your products achieve their goals. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver on the vision of the product suite. Drive a user/customer-centric methodology for product development Above all, deliver strong and compelling products that take advantage of JLL's unique technology, data, relationship and people assets to move the needle on market share and margin. Required experience: 5+ years of experience in full cycle technical product management, taking a data-driven, customer-centric design approach for B2B SaaS products. Demonstrated success in creating product roadmaps from ideation to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, leading design discussions, and inspiring cross-functional teams to do their best work. First-hand experience evaluating buy, build, partner product opportunities. Proven ability to influence at all levels and to foster highly collaborative and inclusive product development environments that achieve desired outcomes.
