The Salesforce Technology Product Marketing team is looking for a
Director of Product Marketing who is familiar with cloud
technologies and is dynamic, creative, has excellent interpersonal
skills, and a problem-solver attitude. You'll own the strategy,
positioning, and messaging, coordinate the creation and update of
website content, write internal communications, and drive the
development of key customer and market-facing content. You'll also
play a significant role in assessing customers' needs and
opportunities and creating a vision to bring new services and
capabilities to our customers.
- Own the strategy, positioning, messaging, and collateral
creation for Salesforce Availability for enterprise customers.
- Lead, coordinate, and execute Go-to-Market plans, internal
communications, and field/routes-to-market channel enablement.
- Work cross-functionally to plan, develop, and execute
integrated marketing programs to drive the awareness and adoption
of Salesforce Service Delivery (Availability & Performance) among
- Build compelling narratives and create supporting content,
including web and social content, blog posts, content for sessions
and panels at events, and cross-organization partnerships.
- Be the point of contact for other product marketing teams,
ensuring they receive the messaging, assets, tools, and programs
consistent with worldwide strategy.
- Support enterprise briefings and meetings as well as deliver
key presentations to senior customer audiences.Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of marketing experience in enterprise
- Product marketing experience in launching new products and
driving customer adoption.
- Ability to craft compelling and effective positioning,
messaging, and differentiation.
- A strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence teams
- Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling
- Strong affinity for metrics and a bias toward data-driven
