The Director of Service Assurance Analytics leads the data analytics department and oversees the activities and functions of a staff of varying levels of data analysts. This role drives performance of analytics solutions for the Operations organization, and is heavily involved in business direction and strategy through the analysis and reporting provided to senior and executive management teams that detail KPI performance trends. This position oversees the global monitoring/dispatching systems (Device Manager) and will develop the controls and policies to provide consistent and uniform platforms across diverse geographical regions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrator of Device Manager application
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Partner with operations and business analytics to develop long-term data and information strategies, policies and controls
• Establish and implement global policies and processes that control and manage configuration of the Device Manager system that complies with established objectives and provides consistent and uniform platforms.
• Interact with customers of Analytics to design and implement solutions that improve business performance
• Represents IT in collaborative efforts with other lines of business to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met
• Design and implement analytical solutions in support of Operations to proactively identify underlying issues that impact business performance
• Assist in the development and application of training programs that educate other lines of business in areas of data, data management and analytics SYSTEMS INVOLVED:
  • FISERV's Device Manager Product for ATM monitoring and dispatching service
  • Various Internal Databases including:
    • CORE
    • Device Manager
    • Webtools
    • SQL Server suite
    • Python 3
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • ADP MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Set performance and developmental goals for the team and individuals
      • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
        • Management Skills- 5+ years' experience required
          • Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Quality Management, Results Driven, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback
          • 5+ years' experience required in MS SQL Server and SSRS report creation and data mining skills and fundamentals of statistics
          • Strong understanding of statistical analysis principles in building data models to improve business performance
          • Solid proficiency in developing and implementing Business Intelligence tools
          • Experience in configuration and administration of the Fiserv Device Manager application with strong understanding of database table structure and contents
          • Understanding of database structures and processes
          • Background in finance and financial analytics is a plus
          • Self-motivated and strong passion for data and its applications in business
          • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with all levels of senior and executive management
          • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
          • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
