You'll use your consultative and creative selling skills to get to the heart of what companies today really need to evolve their hiring and retention strategies. You'll consult with your clients to create productive and successful hiring strategies! You'll partner with some of the best Recruiters in the staffing industry to provide innovative, growing companies with the staff they need to take their business to the next level. You'll Increase and maximize your earning potential through diversifying your service offerings to include executive search and direct hire as well as contract and temporary staffing solutions. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Leadership Plan, organize and direct sales/operational activities and strategic objectives for assigned branch. Ensure operational and financial performance is maintained, profit margins and revenue goals are achieved and other company goals are met or exceeded. Lead by example. Demonstrate positive employee relations. Open channels of communication and convert potential conflict to constructive ends. Hiring and Supervisory Responsibilities Ensure branch is fully staffed by keeping a pipeline of qualified internal candidates. Effectively interview and onboard new hires, implement company training programs and lead with a results-based approach. Ensure standards for activity, sales, service and performance are achieved. Mentor, Train and Coach Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support the achievement of branch and organizational goals. Create and encourage a culture of creativity and continuous learning to enhance the skills and competencies of branch team. Challenge and reward employees to grow in their responsibilities and with the organization. Consultative Selling Build qualify, manage and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market. Clearly articulate Cornerstone's abilities and competitive differentiators. Achieve sales goals by demonstrating mastery of all essential selling techniques: prospecting and territory management, pre-call planning, cold calling, qualifying, proposals, presentations, gaining commitment. Follow up to ensure successful results and post-sale customer satisfaction. Grow market share. Relationship Building Build and maintain a network of contacts, both in and outside of the organization, useful in achieving work-related goals. Build rapport and develop interpersonal relationships with corporate, peer and branch colleagues. Fiscal Responsibility Analyze and control expenditures of branch to conform to company guidelines. Responsible for the efficient management of branch capital assets and accounts receivable. Comply with and ensure all risk management and safety guidelines are adhered to. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 1+ year as a successful selling Branch Manager in the staffing industry Experience overseeing multiple lines of business, including light industrial, manufacturing and administrative/clerical. Proven industry performance Track record of building and managing strong sales and operations teams, managing costs, budgeting, developing sales forecasting methods, improving margins, and increasing revenue.
