At Kalera Medical, we want to shift the paradigm on kidney stone removal. This is a rare opportunity to join a very early stage startup company and we are looking to build an energetic and eager team who will help take this company from a concept prototype and develop it into a commercial product. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Initially a hands-on role, with rapid growth opportunity as you build a team Hire, lead, coach, engage, empower and motivate personnel within the Manufacturing Group Providing product and process Design for Manufacturing (DFM) input early in the product development phase. Ownership of production through the complete lifecycle from prototype builds, fixture design and development, pilot production, process validation, full production ramp, sustaining, and end of life. Define and develop manufacturing assembly line, including all assembly, test, and inspection processes, DMRs, and detailed manufacturing instructions. Experience with clean room validation and catheter manufacturing is required. Experience with ERP system implementation and facilities management are desired. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations role
